VEHICLE BREAK-INS
Because car break-ins have occurred periodically over the years on Roundtree property, the HOA encourages residents to make sure their cars are locked and to avoid leaving any items in view.
NO PARKING – TOW AWAY
7:30 a.m. until dry & barricades removed by contractor following day
Cars left parked in the areas to be sealed will be
towed at owner’s expense.

Roundtree residents are encouraged to join the Baytree/Roundtree Nextdoor website. There is a group specific to our neighborhood, where information that impacts our immediate area is posted. This includes a wide variety of items, such as car break-ins, aggressive vendors in the neighborhood, mountain lion sightings, lost dogs and cats, and items for sale.
